Who these terms are with.

Services on this site are provided by Steven Palmieri, Dallas, Texas. Reading and using this site means you accept these terms. The limits on the disclosures page are part of these terms. These terms were written for these pages and the form.

What the pages are.

Everything here is general information for an owner. Opening a page does not put you on the client list. Rules land differently on different facts, so confirm anything that would change your return before you act on it.

A short call is a conversation.

A call from this site creates no engagement and no ongoing duty. We will say what we see and what an engagement would involve, including when the honest answer is that you do not need one yet. Paid work starts only after both sides have signed a page that names the scope and the fee.

Scope, records, and the site.

Fees are quoted for the written scope. Work outside that scope is quoted before it is done. Either side may end the work in writing. Fees already earned stay due, and your records come back to you.

You remain responsible for complete records and for the decisions you make. We will say when something does not tie, and we will not build a return on a month that has not closed.

The writing and the pictures stay with the practice. You may read a page and quote a sentence if you name the site. You may not copy the site onto another address. The pages are offered as they stand. These terms follow Texas law, and a dispute is heard in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.

A note is not an engagement.

Sending the form, picking a time, or reading a page does not hire the practice. Hiring happens when the scope and the fee are written down and signed. Until that page exists, either side can stop.

You keep your records. The practice does not take a bank login as a condition of the first call. If a later engagement needs access to a file, that access is named in the written scope, and you can revoke it when the work ends.

Loop 360 is the road Texans call the Capital of Texas Highway, the scenic drive through the hills west of the city. We have not driven it for you. We know the name the way any Texan does. These terms are about the pages and the call, not about a drive.

Quotes on these pages are about the work, not about a result. Nothing here promises a refund, a loan, or a particular tax outcome. The disclosures page is the longer version of that limit, and it controls if these terms and that page ever seem to disagree.

These terms took effect on 6 October 2026. You may not republish these pages or use them to train a product unless the practice agrees in writing. The practice does not promise the site will never be wrong and does not promise it will never be down. Nothing on this page limits a liability that Texas law will not let a contract limit.
