Ask about a note.
Who this page is from.
Services on this site are provided by Steven Palmieri, Dallas, Texas. Questions about a note go to the footer phone, +1 844-324-7273. This page was written for the form on this site and for the calendar on the book page.
What you type into the form.
The form receives your name, an email address if you give one, your phone number, the size band you pick on the longer form, how current the books are, and the note you write. Email is optional on the longer form and is not on the short row. There is no hidden field that stores a message you did not type.
If you pick a time on the booking page, Microsoft Bookings takes those details and they reach the same practice that read the page.
What the browser stores on its own.
A page view can store two random identifiers in your browser, one that lasts and one that ends when the tab closes, plus the page that sent you and any campaign tags on the link. That record stays on our own server so we can see which pages earn their keep.
If the browser sends Do Not Track, that record is not written. This site does not run an advertising pixel or a visitor identification service. The network that delivers the pages logs ordinary request data for security.
Why a note is held.
To answer you, to prepare for the call, to do the work if you engage the practice, and to meet ordinary record duties. Personal information is not sold. A note from this form is not passed along for someone else's advertising. No machine decides whether this practice will work with you.
A note is kept while it takes to answer it, and longer only while an engagement and the records behind it require. Call the footer number and ask for the note to be removed or corrected. The same number reaches the person who can do that.
What a note is used for.
A note is read so we can answer about the books, the payroll setup, or the return. The note does not join a mailing list. Nobody ranks it against other notes. If you never write again, the note still sits with the practice only as long as the record duty on this page allows.
The size band and the question about how current the books are exist so the first reply can be specific. They do not set a minimum and they do not turn you away. Leave either one blank if you would rather say it on the phone.
Zilker is the big park where Barton Creek meets the Colorado, on land given to the city in 1917. Texans can picture that green. We picture it as Texans. A note you send is not a postcard from the park. It is a question about a month, and it stays with the practice that asked for it.
The same rules apply to a time you pick on the booking page, because that time reaches the same practice. This privacy page took effect on 6 October 2026. If this page changes, the date on it changes with the page.
